Tai Chi Classes will begin new instruction and classes September 12, Mondays, 6:30 to 7:30pm, at the Lacey Senior Center.

 

Diabetes 101  A 4-week series of classes presented by Debra Ranken RN,CDE, will be held at the Lacey Senior Center, September 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, 2011 at 5:30pm- 7pm. The class will be free. Call Ines at the Lacey Senior Center to register.360-407-3967.
